Ray Connelly, President: Ray joined TRUETRAC after a 17- year career at Famous Software, where he worked in software consulting, management, strategic planning and sales. At Famous, Ray worked with the management staff of many different agricultural companies across North and South America, so he brings an industry-based approach to TRUETRAC’s business. Ray also represents the fourth generation of growers/shippers in his family. Ray has done everything from corporate consulting to managing harvesting operations to driving a tractor, so he has first-hand knowledge of many of the challenges facing today’s farm managers and the fresh produce industry today. Ray’s supply-chain and industry knowledge combined with his extensive software experience makes him uniquely qualified to manage TRUETRAC and serve its customers. Johnny McGuire, Product Manager: The New Zealand native brings more than 20 years experience in technology, agriculture and supply chain management to TRUETRAC, where he is oversees product development. Before joining TRUETRAC, Johnny handled new product development and business process improvement methods at Capurro Farms and Growers Express, two growing and shipping companies for multiple vegetable commodities. James Starkovich – Senior Architect: Responsible for managing design aspects of the software developed by TRUETRAC, James discovered his passion for software while in college. He brings more than a decade of experience and enthusiasm to every TRUETRAC product, most recently as a senior software developer for Sharp Healthcare, the largest private employer in San Diego, Calif, where he wrote software used by more than 18,000 employees on a daily basis. Mike Scott, Systems Engineer: Mike joined the TRUETRAC team after 10 years at River Ranch Fresh Foods, LLC, one of the largest fresh produce processors in the United States. As director of information technology at River Ranch, Mike managed the network, server infrastructure and support for the entire company. He brings a rich history of system integration, implementation and knowledge of the software needs of an agricultural company to TRUETRAC, where he is responsible for hardware design and implementation of TRUETRAC’s software solutions.
