Consistent and comprehensive Food Safety programs can be difficult to implement and manage across wide geographical areas.  Oversight of a mobile workforce combined with the need to gather consistent, real-time food safety data is a challenging task in today’s highly sensitive regulatory environment.  AuditTrac allows you to collect and centralize all the Food Safety data.  Whether you follow SQF, HACCP, LGMA or any other Food Safety standard AuditTrac allows you to automate the process, manage the information electronically and report on the information instantly.  If you are inundated with binders full of Food Safety paperwork, this is the system for you.

AuditTrac drives standardization to your mobile workforce and provides management and oversight through the central TrueTrac Administration Console.

AuditTrac has two key system features; the Composer and the Conductor.  The Composer is functionality for the administrator.  The Composer is accessed online through the TrueTrac Administrative Console.  Composers can dynamically create electronic versions of their Food Safety audits.  You are in complete control of the information you need to capture through the Composer.  The system allows you to set up pre-defined corrective actions and additional observation based workflows that can be sent to the Conductor for data collection.  All standard response types are supported and questions can be set up as mandatory or optional based on your need.  Create parent/child survey relationships where a master survey (parent) is linked to smaller, more targeted (child) surveys.

Once you have set up your audit in the Composer, the information is then ready to be synchronized with individual mobile users (Conductors). The Conductor software comes in both a handheld and desktop version (runs in any browser) and is the mechanism for conducting audits and capturing real time data in the field by your mobile workforce.  The Conductor comes with built in capabilities to send email alerts, image capture and store electronic signatures of the responsible party being audited.  As each question is answered the system captures a GPS location that can be used by managers to better understand how their resources are allocated, day to day.

Upon completion of the audit, the mobile user (Conductor) can then be synchronized with the server and the information is instantly available for reporting purposes.  Any incomplete audits are maintained on the Conductor and can be completed on demand.

It is important to note here that AuditTrac can be used as a survey tool as well.  Any work activity that requires remote gathering of information can be automated using AuditTrac.  Quality inspections can be created and managed with the system.

The AuditTrac survey questions, based upon a specific response, can additionally be configured to solicit the user for more information, such as an Observation or a Corrective Actions. This additional level of questions will request that the user provide more information such as estimated completion dates, signature requirements (touch screen capability on the hand-held device), record a photo with your built-in camera device and/or send an alert via email to a supervisor or notification group. Combined with a Global Positioning System, the exact location of the observation will be recorded.

The AuditTrac mobile data collection system synchronizes with the TrueTrac Administration Console throughout the day, at end of shift, or end of day. The problems associated with a paper system, especially when agricultural operations are spread out over large areas of land, will be eliminated and your management staff will have real-time data delivered to them electronically, eliminating costly data entry.

The AuditTrac system can also be integrated with the other modules, such as your internal management systems or CropTrac within your TrueTrac system. Trending and management data can be downloaded or reported against from the TrueTrac Administrative Console.
