AuditTrac imposes standardization across your mobile workforce and provides management and oversight through the TRUETRAC Console. Use the built in templates or use the tools to tailor surveys for your unique needs. Create custom survey questions, responses, establish thresholds, define corrective actions and follow-up protocols. Exchange data with individual mobile users and capture real-time data in the field. Your mobile workforce can send e-mail alerts, manage corrective actions, see historical trends, capture images, and store electronic signatures. The remote device also captures a GPS location that can be used by managers to better understand how their resources are allocated every day.
When the audit is complete, data from the mobile user is synchronized with the server and the information is instantly available for reporting purposes. Any incomplete audits are maintained in the system and can be completed on demand.
